A greentour, promoted by our partners Gorent, started from Piazza della Signoria in Florence on 27 May and will be concluding next 23 July, crossing the Italian country. These are the first 20 stops of the “Puliamo la tua piazza” project, which intends to bring the prospect of the “city of the future” to citizens in 100 Italian squares, under the banner of sustainability. On 13 July 2021 it made a stop in Venaria Reale, in Piazza Vittorio Veneto, where the first electric industrial vehicles in Italy, used for waste collection, were presented.
The initiative has the objective of turning the so-called Green into a concrete fact to be touched and experienced together, involving citizens, schools, institutions, municipalities and associations dealing with the environment, sustainability and circular economy, as well as the media. Green economy, sustainable mobility, innovation and low environmental impact are concepts in the DNA of Gorent and of the companies in our Group.
